Order Placement: Orders
are accepted 24 hours a day by using our web site shopping cart
"the wagon" at http://www.tensupply.com. Click on "the wagon"
icon to enter. A customer service representative is available
from 8:15 a.m. to 5:15 p.m. Central Standard Time, Monday through
Friday. Rather than place a verbal order on the phone we strongly
recommend that you FAX
your order to us. We can only guarantee correct shipping if we
have your orders in writing.

For you convenience,
all major credit cards are accepted for payment. Many of our
customers appreciate the flexibility of applying purchases to
their credit card to avoid C.O.D. charges.
C.O.D. orders are accepted, however, payment must be made in the
form of a money order or certified check.
Back
Orders:
We strive to keep backorders to a minimum.
Unless we are instructed otherwise, we will ship all available
items and ship backordered items as soon as possible. We
maintain a computerized back order file and automatically will
ship items to you as soon as they become available. If you do not
want back orders shipped, please inform us and we will mark your
records accordingly.
State
Sales Tax Information: tensupply.com does not collect sales tax
on any item ordered to customers outside our local delivery area.
If you live within Tennessee or Mississippi you will incur taxes
at a rate listed below. This tax amount is calcualted when the
order has been finalized by tensupply.com at the check out. You
will be notified of the final tax amount at that time.
Tax Rates:
Tennessee residents pay
9.25% sales tax
Mississippi residents pay
7% sales tax
No sales tax is billed on
orders to any other state within the USA. The receiver is
responsible for any tax liability within his state.
Free
Freight Policy:
When an order includes at least $699.00 worth of free freight
items, tensupply.com will pay the shipping on that portion of the
order. The shipping costs on items not eligible for this program
will be charged to your order. In addition, we will also charge
your order for any C.O.D. fees or freight carriers
hazardous materials fees. Equipment and most janitorial supplies
are not eligible for this special program. The free freight
policy only applies to orders delivered in the contiguous 48
states. International customers do not qualify for the Free
Freight Program. Alaska, Hawaii and Territories and Possessions
and Commonwealths outside the contiguous 48 states of the United
States of America do not qualify for the Free Freight Program.
Shipping
Policy:
All orders are shipped parcel carrier or by truck line when the
gross weight of your order makes the use of a common carrier more
economical. Parcel carrier, Next Day Air, Second Day Air or
air-freight services are available to expedite rush orders. These
special services will incur additional costs. When an order is
shipped by truck, our shipping department as freight contracts
with a number of truck lines to help ensure a competitive freight
rate for our valued customers. Should you desire to have us
utilize a specific trucking company, please let your customer
service representative know at the time you place your order.
tensupply.com can store that information and it can become a
permanent part of your customer file, if you desire to do so.
Please be aware that specifying your own freight carrier may
result in higher shipping costs to you. All orders received by
11:00 AM. Central Standard Time are shipped the same day as they
are received. All ground shipments are sent best way at the
discretion of tensupply.com, which means we will select the
shipper that gives the best rate for the items you have selected.
Please keep in mind that Hazardous Material such as corrosives;
poisons and ORMD cannot be shipped by air. Orders ship FOB
Memphis, Tennessee, Zip Code 38116. Special order items ship FOB
Shipping Point.
Hazardous
Material Policy:
Parcel carriers classify some types of chemicals as
"hazardous" for shipping purposes. Parcel carriers
charge an additional $25.00 per package (subject to change
without notice) for ground service. Please keep in mind that
Hazardous Material such as corrosives; poisons and ORMD cannot be
shipped by air. The quantities we can ship vary according to
product. Therefore, if you use such an item regularly it makes a
lot of sense to order the maximum per package to avoid further
additional hazardous charges. Truck lines classify items the same
way parcel carriers do and generally apply such surcharges. On
the free freight orders, the hazardous fees will still be
collected. If you have any questions regarding this policy please

Damaged
Items:
All claims for material damaged in shipment must be reported to
the carrier delivering the shipment immediately. IMPORTANT: If
the box being delivered looks crushed, cut, torn; wet; re- taped
or even re-boxed make the carrier driver note the damage in
writing. Please retain the original carton as it is often needed
as part of a claim settlement.
Over
and Short:
In the event that you receive an order and the packing list shows
an item shipped, but the item (s) are not in the box, or we have
shipped too many of an item, please notify us immediately or in
as timely a manner as possible at 1-800-433-3879.
International
Shipments:
All shipments going outside the United States of America, its
territories and possessions are subject to the local and national
tariffs, taxes and customs fees of the receivers country. These
fees will vary largely on the type of commodity you are ordering.
Check with your local customs officials before ordering so you
will know what to expect when your delivery is made. It is always
the responsibility of the receiver to pay these fees at the time
of delivery. International customers do not qualify for the Free
Freight Program.
Products
& Pricing:
There are many accessories and parts we sell
which are not included in this web site catalogue. We will
continue to improve this catalogue to include these items. If you
should need an item or a part not included, give us a call. There
is a very good chance that we will have it in stock; or, if it is
not, chances are we can get it for you. The prices listed are
subject to change without notice. We are happy to confirm current
pricing on the telephone at the time your order is placed, or at
any other time.
Equipment
Warranty:
All equipment is sold with a factory warranty. Should a problem
arise, we ask that you return the defective item after receiving
a Return Authorization, so that we may forward it to the
manufacturer. IMPORTANT: To avoid costly down time, we will ship
and bill you for a replacement part. When the factory qualifies
the part under the terms of the stated warranty, we will credit
your account for the price of the replacement item. In the event
that the factory does not cover the replacement under the
warranty, we will inform you of the reason why and appeal their
decision, if so desired. In the event that the warranty is still
denied, we will process the replacement part invoice for payment.
Return
Authorization:
Please call our Customer Service Representative and obtain a
Return Authorization Number. Write the Return Authorization
Number on the outside of the box. Items returned for any reason
must also be assigned a Return Authorization Number. Any return
without a Return Authorization Number will be refused. All
returns must be shipped "Freight Prepaid". Returns
shipped Collect will be refused. Absolutely no returns on liquid
or powdered products unless they are damaged in shipment, or we
shipped the wrong item to you. IMPORTANT: The delivery driver
must note any damage in writing for you at the time of attempted
delivery. Returns for reason other than those for factory
warranty and damage are subject to a 20% restock fee. Merchandise
returned must be clean, in sellable condition and in the original
box. No returns are accepted after 30 days from original date of
purchase. No returns on special order items. We reserve the right
to deny warranty claims on equipment not returned in original
condition and/or original packaging. Please call for specific
