Tennathane is the revolutionary way to seal indoor mineral surfaces. Tennathane has been designed for adhesion and performance on stone and hard to adhere to surfaces. Especially durable and abrasion resistant,
Tennathane can be applied effortlessly over new and old concrete, slate, quarry, tile, terrazzo, brick and marble. It is resistant to a variety of chemicals and the ease of maintenance is exceptional.
No etching, scraping, grinding or excessive labor costs. Dries quickly to a very high shine. Tennathane is non-combustible and will meet the highest safety and environmental standards. Experience the Tennathane shine.
Coverage:
One gallon of Tennathane will cover up to 3,000 square feet on most surfaces.
SPECIAL NOTE FOR CONCRETE:
Coverage for the base coat on concrete is approximately 500-sq. ft. per gallon. 1-Hour drying time for base coat. Coverage for each additional coat 2,000 sq. ft. per gallon.
Application:
1) Tennathane Is Intended For Indoor Use Only.
2) Strip floors of old wax and finish with TennSpec 3X or REXX Floor Stripper and a strip pad.
3) Rinse floor thoroughly with clear water until all stripper residue is removed from the floor.
4) Allow floor to dry completely before applying Tennathane.
5) With clean equipment apply thin, even coats of Tennathane.
6) Under normal conditions allow Tennathane to dry 30 minutes between coats.
7) For best results apply a minimum of 4 coats.
Maintaining Tennathane:
1) Daily: Sweep or dust mop as necessary to remove gritty soil.
2) Dirty Floors: Clean with 2 to 4 ounces of TennSpec Balance Neutral Floor Cleaner per gallon water. Then rinse and let dry.
3) Traffic Area: Clean with 2 to 4 ounces of TennSpec Balance Neutral Floor Cleaner per gallon water. Rinse and let dry.
Apply additional thin coats of Tennathane Floor Finish to traffic lanes as needed.
4) Buffing: if desired, periodic burnishing with a Ultra High Speed Pad containing Polyester, Hair & Polyester, or Natural Hair will enhance the appearance for the floor.
5) Spray Buffing: When spray buffing it is recommended to use TennSpec Buff Magic.
