Phlush Urine Prespray and Spotter Phlush is a unique concentrated product made to handle the most stubborn urine stain situations. Five minutes is all you need to power out those hard to fight odors and stains. Boosters eliminate the stubborn salt ring caused by yellowing urine stains. Phlush has an odor neutralizer with a delightful citrus fragrance that will combine with the malodor and neutralize it for complete removal. Mix 1:20 per gallon of water in conventional sprayers. Add 2 ½ quarts in Hydroforce or similar sprayers. Apply Phlush liberally to the urine stain and overlap out a few inches for complete coverage.
