3X ULTRA II is a concentrated floor stripper that is rated to remove up to 40 coats of floor finish. Non-ammoniated and fast penetrating, 3X ULTRA II Floor Stripper is an excellent choice when stripping multiple coats of hardened floor finish.


Directions:
To strip multiple coats of hardened floor finish from vinyl or other hard flooring mix 1 part 3X ULTRA II Floor Stripper with 5 parts of warm, not hot water. For light stripping mix 1 part 3X ULTRA II Floor Stripper with 20 parts of hot water. Mop on floor. Allow solution to soak for five to ten minutes. Agitate with a stripping pad or stripping brush. Mop up slurry with clear water or vacuum up with a wet/dry vacuum. Rinse floor with clear water until every trace of stripper slurry has been removed. For best results change rinse water often. Allow floor to dry completely. Apply floor finish to floor in even coats and allow plenty of time to dry between coats.
Always do a test area in an inconspicuous area of the floor prior to using this product. 3X ULTRA II Floor Stripper is not recommended for wood or painted floors. Do not use on asphalt tile, linoleum or rubber tile floors since bleaching or softening may occur.


Balance pH7 Neutral Mopping Detergent is a gentle cleaner designed for regular damp mopping. Excellent for use on natural wax or synthetic floor finishes. A neutral pH of seven assures you that finishes will not be softened, dulled or damaged. This economical formula is designed with strength control through dilution.
Use for schools, day care centers, nursing homes, hospitals, offices hallways and other areas that are frequently mopped or have high quality floor finishes applied on them.


Directions:
This product is concentrated and must be diluted before using. The dilution guidelines can be altered depending on the degree of cleaning power needed.
For Resilient, Linoleum, Asphalt, No-Wax and Regular Flooring: Dilute 1 part product to 30 to 60 parts water, depending on conditions.
For Painted Floors and Surfaces: Dilute 1 part Balance to 50 parts water. For extra heavy soil use in higher concentration.


Green Power is a truly amazing non-butyl degreasing cleaner that removes animal, vegetable and petroleum oils and greases better than most butyl based products. This total detergent system emulsifies and holds oily soil in suspension for easy rinsing or wiping. It also features controlled foam for free rinsing as well as an odor counteractant. Directions:
Heavy grease removal dilute 25 ounces Green Power per gallon water.
General degreasing dilute 12 ounces Green Power per gallon water.
Steam cleaning dilute 8 ounces Green Power per gallon water.
High-pressure washing dilute 1 ounce Green Power per gallon water.
Automatic scrubbing dilute 1 ounce Green Power per gallon water.
Wet mopping dilute 1 ounce Green Power per gallon water.


SUGGESTED PRODUCT USES
This degreaser is non-fuming, non-flammable and safe for all surfaces not harmed by water. Since it is perfume and butyl free, no odors will remain on cleaned surfaces. Directions:
For general maintenance, floors, walls, machinery, engines, conveyors, kitchen ovens and grills, air filters, shower tile, concrete, terrazzo and white side wall tires:
Light Soil: 1:100 (1 ¼ ounces per gallon water)
Medium Soil: 1:50 (2 ½ ounces per gallon water)
Heavy Soil: 1:25 (5 ounces per gallon water)
Very Heavy Soil: 1:5 (26 ounces per gallon water)
DIP TANK DEGREASING:
Use undiluted or dilutes up to 1:15 (8 ounces per gallon water)
SPRAY, STEAM or PRESSURE WASHING:
Dilute with 40 to 60 parts water.

Maintaining Nova 18:
Daily: Sweep or dust mop as necessary to remove gritty soil.
Dirty Floors: Clean with 2 to 4 ounces of TennSpec Balance Neutral Floor Cleaner per gallon water. Then rinse and let dry.
Traffic Area: Clean with 2 to 4 ounces of TennSpec Balance Neutral Floor Cleaner per gallon water. Rinse and let dry. Apply additional thin coats of Nova 18 Floor Finish to traffic lanes as needed.
Buffing: if desired, periodic burnishing with a Ultra High Speed Pad containing Polyester, Hair & Polyester, or Natural Hair will enhance the appearance for the floor.
Spray Buffing: When spray buffing it is recommended to use TennSpec Buff Magic.

Buff Magic is the spray buff that produces a wet look shine on floors when using either high or low speed buff methods. So easy to use; simply spray a light mist of Buff Magic on the floor and polish with a spray buff pad to easily remove black heel marks, scuffs, scratches and dullness. Buff Magic will leave floor finish very hard and durable, yet very slip resistant. Buff Magic actually reduces floor maintenance costs by extending time between stripping floors.


Directions:
Remove gross soil and dust mop the floor. Spray a light mist of Buff Magic on the floor in front of the floor machine. DO NOT OVERWET THE FLOOR. Using a nylon or polyester spray buff pad, buff the floor where the fine mist of spray buff has been applied. Flip or change pad as necessary. After spray buffing the floor is completed, dust-mop the floor if dust is present.


NOTE:
In order for spray buff to work correctly and to achieve maximum gloss and wear properties, three or four coats of floor finish must have been applied to the floor and allowed to cure before using spray buff. Heavy traffic areas may require dust mopping, followed by damp mopping, and followed lastly by spray buffing. Use of Buff Magic will eliminate finish powdering and will never yellow the floor.
