Carpet Dye


Professional carpet dye available in he following Colors: Red, Bordeaux, Wine Red, Burgundy, Lavender, Dusty Rose, Mauve, Beige, Taupe, Tan, Golden Brown, Mink, Chestnut, Chocolate, Dark Brown, Mallard Green, Teal Green, Hunter Green, Rust, Yellow, Peach, Silver Gray, Grey, Steel Gray, Charcoal Gray, Storm Gray, Black , Burnt Orange, Dark Blue, Medium Blue, Navy Blue, Sky Blue, Black.


For permanent color restoration or color change on Nylon and Wool Carpet. Mix 1-3 tablespoons of carpet dye per gallon of hot water.


Available in one pound jars and 2.5 pound jars.


Deluxe Spot Dye Kit


35 piece kit packaged in a heavy duty carrying case including dyes and test kits. Kit includes: 8 ounce bottle of Prep, 8 ounce bottle of pH Adjust, 4 ounce jar of Bleach Neutralizer, 2 ounce bottle of Wool Fiber ID, 2 ounce bottle of Stain Resist Check, five 8 ounce graduated measuring cups, five 1 ounce graduated measuring cups, measuring spoon set, eye droppers, spot dye manual, color chart, pH paper, spray bottle, color wheel, and one ounce containers of Red, Bordeaux, Wine Red, Burgundy, Lavender, Dusty Rose, Mauve, Beige, Taupe, Tan, Mink, Chestnut, Golden Brown, Chocolate, Dark Brown, Mallard Green, Teal Green, Hunter Green, Rust, Yellow, Peach, Silver Gray, Steel Gray, Charcoal, Storm Gray, Black, Burnt Orange, Dark Blue, Medium Blue, Navy, Sky Blue, Pale Green, Bright Blue and Gold.


One Step Dyes


For bleach stains and light fruit punch stains. Returns yellow bleach stains and light fruit punch stains back to original color family. Saves time and effort for spot dyeing prior to whole room dyeing. Bleach stains must be neutralized first and fruit punch stains removed as much as possible before spot dyeing.


Available in Yellow to Beige, Orange to Beige, Yellow to Taupe, Yellow to Blue, Yellow to Gray, Yellow to Mauve, Yellow to Peach, Pink to Gray, Pink to Beige.


4 ounce jars.


Primary Color Kit


Contains one ounce each of Red, Yellow and Bright Blue. Recommended for experienced professionals who like mixing their own dye colors for spot restoration and specialty work.


Prep 200 Dye Prep


Prep 200 is a high strength, high quality pre-wetting agent similar to formulas used by carpet mills to prep nylon face yarns for maximum dye acceptance. Prep 200 also contains a special wetting agent to aid the dye in penetrating through traditional stain blocking applications.


Contains no inhibitor products such as as oils, fragrances or silicones. Use 1 to 3 ounces of Prep 200 per gallon of water for portable equipment of 32 ounces per 5 gallons water in truckmounted equipment. For best results always clean the carpet with Prep 200 and hot water just prior to dyeing.


This will clean and prepare nylon fibers for maximum acceptance. Do not add Prep 200 directly in with dye solution or mix with other chemicals. Do not exceed recommended usage.


Prep 200 is made for Nylon fibers only.


pH: 12.5 to 13.


Repel Wall and Baseboard Protector


Repel Wall and Baseboard Protector is a ready to use advanced formulation uniquely designed to protect baseboards, walls trimmings and fixtures from discoloration during the dying process.


Repel Wall and Baseboard Protector is completely natural and non-staining and will not harm surfaces onto which it is applied.


To use spray Repel to the baseboards and walls where carpet dye may come in contact. After dying is done sponge rinse the baseboards and walls with hot water. Dye splashes along with Repel will be wiped off from sprayed areas. Repeat application.


pH: 8.0 to 9.0


Chlorid


Chlorine bleach neutralizer. ChloRid is a dry crystal product that has to be diluted with water to activate. After dilution pour product over the bleached area to neutralize any trace of chlorine that remains prior to dyeing carpet.


This product will allow carpet to be dyed after it has been bleached by chlorine. ChlorRid helps prevent damage to carpet ad fabrics from chlorine bleach on contact.
Dissolve 4 to 6 tablespoons of ChloRid per 1/2 gallon water.


Pour or spray over bleached area. Be careful to saturate the stained area. Treated area should be rinsed and adjust pH to neutral or acidic prior to dyeing carpet.


pH Adjust


A slightly acidic product that lowers pH level to speed strike rate and also creates an adhesive factor for fibers damaged by bleach or sun faded areas damaged by ultraviolet rays.


pH Adjust may also be used with a dry towel to clean off petroleum based spotters prior to spot dyeing.
pH: 1.5 to 2.0


Carpet Dye Gun


Combination of the best features available in a gun. Rated at a maximum 4,500 psi, with a temperature rating of 300º F. Valve features a forged brass housing covered with a tough polyamide handle.


The valve is easy to access and easy to repair. Lance is 20" stainless steel with a 15º bend. Check valve is located behind the Full Cone Jet tip. 1/4" male quick connect is included.

Surely Dye Set and Debrowning Agent


Surely is a mild acid product that removes browning, most tannin stains, neutralizes alkali residues and serves as an overall acid spotter. Surely is a mild acidic solution that should be used to stabilize dyes prior to cleaning carpets, fine fabrics and upholstery. Surely can be used for applications where sours are normally employed.


Surely contains a low pH spotting agent that is safe and effective on all browning problems. It also removes most tannin stains.


For yellowing problems dilute one part Surely to one part water and spray at a rate of 200 sq. ft. per gallon.


To restore fiber that has "browned", mix one part Surely to 4 parts of water. Apply with a sponge and blot with a clean cloth.


To prevent browning on a suspect carpet add 3 to 4 ounces of Surely per gallon of detergent used. If browning reoccurs, use a fan to force dry the fabric after applying Surely to the browned areas.


To stabilize dyes use one ounce of Surely per gallon water and apply liberally. Rinsing is not necessary.
