Shipping Policy

All order received by 1:00 p.m. Central Standard Time are shipped the same day as they are received. We strive to keep backorder to a minimum. Unless we are instructed otherwise, we will ship all available items and ship backordered items as soon as possible.

Unless you specify the shipping arrangements all shipments are sent best way, which means we will select the shipper that gives the best rate for the items you have selected.

Next Day Air Shipments are available at your request. Please keep in mind that Hazardous Material such as corrosives; poisons and ORMD cannot be shipped by air.

Orders ship FOB Memphis, Tennessee. Special order items ship via FOB Shipping Point.

All claims for material damaged in shipment must be reported to the delivering carrier immediately. If the box being delivered looks crushed, cut, torn; wet; re-taped or even re-boxed, make the carrier driver note the damage in writing.
