Sheen C-40 Water Based New Generation Acrylic Concrete and Masonry Sealer for Interior and Exterior Sheen C-40 is a new generation water-based acrylic emulsion that penetrates the surface of concrete and masonry and creates a water repelling barrier and protective coating. Sheen C-40 dries to a clear high sheen (wet look). It is a ultra-violet resistant for interior and exterior applications and has excellent weather durability. Excellent for sealing concrete floors, acid stained concrete, concrete pavers, exposed aggregate, stucco, saltillo tile, Mexican tile and grout. Directions: Apply Sheen C-40 to a clean, dry surface by spray, mop or roller method. One good coat is sufficient. On porous surfaces a second coat is advised to add extra protection. Allow the first coat to cure a minimum of one hour before re-coating. Do not rush the curing process. Drying time at 75° F can range from 30 to 60 minutes depending on the variance of relative humidity conditions. For exterior applications do not apply when rainfall is imminent. Since concrete slab or other masonry substrate can be 10° lower than the relative temperature, do not attempt to apply Sheen C-40 when the temperature is below 50° F. Speed Seal Acrylic Co-Polymer Floor Sealer Speed Seal is a combination of acrylic co-polymers designed to resist detergents and scuffing on floors. Speed Seal has proven to be fast layin and creates an excellent quick drying initial gloss. Surfaces coated with Speed Seal are able to endure abuse in high traffic areas and still maintain a shine. Directions: Clean surface with a neutral detergent like pH7 Neutral Mopping Detergent. If a stripper such as Big Gun 40 or an alkaline detergent is used rinse floor with clean watercontaining a neutralizer to insure proper coating and wear properties. Do not use the rinse mop or the slurry mop when applying Speed Seal as this willl contaminate the sealer. Apply Speed Seal generously with a very clean applicator or quality string mop. Apply to floor without puddling sealer. For best results apply two to three coats allowing sealer to dry between coats, usually about 30 minutes, depending on the relative humidity. Storage: Keep container sealed when not in use to prevent contamination. Protect from freezing. |
