Active Bioenzyme Industrial strength fast action ACTIVE is an enzyme producing bacteria with instant odor control. ACTIVE is safe, non-toxic, non-acid, and non-alkaline. Highly resistant to disinfectants, detergents, and it sanitizes and is chlorine free. ACTIVE digests, deodorizes and liquefies organic waste, urine, fecal matter, grease and food by-products. ACTIVE is non-polluting and is certified salmonella free. ACTIVE reduces suspended solids and eliminates malodors. ACTIVE is recommended for homes, bars, hospitals, nursing homes, schools, apartments, kennels, grease traps, drain lines, portable toilets, septic tanks and recreations vehicles. GENERAL ODOR CONTROL: To remove stains and odors caused by organic solids this product will eliminate odors caused by vomit, spoiled food, trash, urine, fecal matter or waste in areas such as dumpsters, garbage or hard surfaces. Spray product directly on area and allow the bacteria and enzymes to digest the odor source while the pleasant fragrance immediately neutralizes the odor. CARPET AND UPHOLSTERY: (1) Remove as much solids as possible by cleaning or vacuuming prior to application with garden type pump or hand sprayer. Keep moist at least 30 minutes. Repeat if odor persists. (2) Use in conjunction with most carpet cleaning methods including hot water extraction, bonnet 9or shampooing. Use 1/2 to 1 pint ACTIVE to every gallon of water in place of normal cleaning solution. GREASE TRAPS: For most small to medium sized grease traps add 3 to 6 ounces of ACTIVE daily by pouring in a sink or floor drain farthest from the trap. This should be done at night or when the least amount of water flow is scheduled. After adding product, pour 1/2 gallon of warm water in drain to activate. For larger grease traps add 8 to 10 ounces of ACTIVE using the same procedure. PORTABLE TOILETS: Us3e 1/2 to 1 gallon of ACTIVE into waste tank and cover the solids with water to aid digestion. Each time the toilet is pumped, start treatment again with up to 1 gallon of ACTIVE. SEPTIC TANKS: Add 1 pint per 25 cubic feet capacity for the initial treatment. Thereafter, use 8 ounces per week. Pour directly into toilet and flush. If septic tank is clogged and odorous add 1 gallon of product directly into the tank through the clean out hole. RECREATIONAL VEHICLES & BOATS: Add 2 ounces of ACTIVE per gallon of water in hold tank. Thereafter, use 1 ounce per gallon of water as needed. For use at a dump station, use 1 gallon of ACTIVE per 40 gallons of capacity of tank, then use 1 to 2 pints per week for maintenance. SINKS AND DRAINS: Use product at a minimum of 2 times weekly. Add 2 ounces of ACTIVE for each 2 inches of pipe size. |

For Stains: Saturate stained area with Pet Stain Off and allow product to penetrate in the surface. Then pour 2 ounces of warm, not hot, water on the stain to activate the Pet Stain Off process. Allow to soak until the stain disappears. Note that it may take up to 24 hours to completely digest stain. For Odors: Saturate problem area with Pet Stain Off and allow product to penetrate through carpet and backing. Then pour 2 ounces of warm, not hot, water onto the problem area to activate the Pet Stain Off process. Allow the area to dry completely. Odors will disappear after area has dried thoroughly. Not that it may take as long as 24 hours for Pet Stain Off to completely digest odors. pH: 7 |
